WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH BUTCHER HELP TO KEEP UP WITH MUCH MORE THAN CUTS IN THE STORE AT THE MOMENT. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING A BUTCHER AND HIS FAMILY HERE TO FILL THE NEED.

We offer Grass-fed Beef and Pastured Pork...when we have extra supply.�

Unfortuantely, we do NOT offer bulk Pastured Chicken, Turkey, or Eggs do to the limited amounts we are allowed to raise. Whether we agree or not, there are are strict "supply management" rules in place for Canadian poultry and dairy.�
